YOU Chenjun

Professor YOU Chenjun is an Associate Professor and　LLM　supervisor at Renmin University Law School. He received his PhD from Peking University Law School and is the Deputy Director of the Basic Law Teaching and Research Centre. He is the Deputy Editor of　Faxue Jia (The Jurist),　the Deputy Director of the Law and History Research Institute, the Secretary-General of Taiwan Legal Issues Research Institute, the secretary-general of the PhD students working committee and a member of the working committee for undergraduate students.

Research interests: sociology of law, Chinese legal history, legal academic history, legal research methodology

JIANG Dong

Professor JIANG Dong is an Associate Professor at Renmin University of China. He is the Assistant Director of Renmin University’s Centre for Common Law and the Managing Editor of the English-language journal Frontiers of Law in China.

Research interests: foreign legal history, legal English

FENG Yujun

Professor FENG Yujun is a PhD supervisor and Professor of Law at Renmin University of China. Assistant to the Dean of Renmin University Law School, Professor FENG is also the head of the LLM　working committee. He is the Director of the Renmin University Law and Religion Research Centre, the Deputy Director of the Multiple Dispute Resolution Mechanism Research Centre and the Director of the Social Transformation and Governance Research Centre under the National Development and Strategy Research Institute. Professor FENG is a senior researcher at the Taiwan Legal Issues Research Institute and a researcher at the Law and Globalisation Research Centre. He is a tutoring professor as part of New Sinology Plan by the Confucius Institute.

YAO Haifang

Professor YAO Haifang is an Associate Professor and　LLM　supervisor at Renmin University Law School. He is the editor of　Faxue Jia (The Jurist)　magazine, a member of both the China Economic Law Research Association and the China Fiscal and Taxation Law Research Association. Professor YAO is a researcher at the Renmin University Economic Law and Research Centre and the Renmin University Civil and Commercial Law Research Centre, a member of the Beijing Economic Law Institute and a of the Beijing Consumer Protection Law Society. He is an expert member of the Beijing Chaoyang District Administrative Review Committee.

Research interests: general theory of economic law, corporate and company law, consumer law, industrial law, law and economics

XU Yangguang

Professor XU Yangguang is an Associate Professor and　LLM　supervisor at Renmin University Law School. He is a post-doctoral fellow at Peking University Law School, the Deputy Director of Renmin University Bankruptcy Law Research Centre and the Deputy Director of the Renmin University Fiscal and Tax Law Research Centre. From May 2014, he has been Assistant to the President of Beijing Haidian District People’s Court.

Research interests: economic law, corporate bankruptcy law, fiscal, taxation and finance law

SONG Biao

Professor SONG Biao is an Associate Professor at Renmin University Law School and an LLM supervisor. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Wisconsin Law School and the Korea University Law School. He is a member of the Education and Training Committee of the China Appraisal Society and a member of the Beijing Economic Law Research Centre. He is also a certified mountaineering instructor.

Research interests: general theory of economic law, fiscal and taxation law, industrial policy and law, public policy

MENG Yanbei

Professor MENG Yanbei is an Associate Professor at Renmin University Law School.　She holds a PhD in Law and is the deputy head of the economic law teaching section.　She was previously a visiting scholar of the University of Georgetown in Washington D.C. Professor MENG is a member of both the China Law Society’s Economic Law Research Association and Energy Law Research Association. She is a member of the Beijing Economic Law Research Association and a standing member of the Tourism Law Research Association of the Beijing Law Society.
