WU Zhicheng

WU Zhicheng is an Assistant Professor at Renmin Law School and obtained his DPhil in Law degree at the University of Oxford.

His research interests include: trusts, fiduciary, property and unjust enrichment.


ZHANG Guangliang

Professor ZHANG Guangliang is an Associate Professor of Law at Renmin University of China. He received his PhD from Peking University and his LLM from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. He is the Deputy Secretary-General of the China Intellectual Property Law Society.

Research interests: intellectual property law, IP-related competition law



JIN Haijun

Professor JIN Haijun is a Professor at Renmin University Law School. He was a visiting professor at the University of Frankfurt, Germany from 2009-2010 and a visiting scholar at Harvard University from 2006-2007. In 2005, he was a visiting scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law in Munich, Germany and was a researcher in Japan in 2004.

Research interests: intellectual property law, law and economics, theory of private law



GUO He

Professor GUO He is a PhD supervisor and Professor at Renmin University Law School. He has a BSc and MSc in Natural Science from Nanjing University. He is the Executive Director of Intellectual Property Law Section of the China Law Society, Director of the China Intellectual Property Law Society, Director of the Copyright Society of China, and a member of the expert committee for the Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre of the China Commission for the Promotion of International Trade.  He is a Member of the Inter-Ministerial Conference Office of the National Promotion of Genuine Software Usage for Enterprises Initiative, a Council Member of the National Technical Committee on Product Defects and Safety Administration Standardisation, and a Member of the Expert Committee of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products. Professor GUO is an honorary advisor to the Hong Kong Brands Protection Alliance and honorary legal advisor to the International Trade Commission. He is a part-time lawyer and patent attorney.

Research interests: intellectual property law, industrial property law, copyright law, patent law, trademark law, anti-unfair competition law


YU Mincai

Professor YU Mincai is an LLM supervisor and Professor of Law at Renmin University of China. He was a visiting scholar at Columbia University Law School, USA from 2009-2010. He is the Director of the China International Law Institute, the Director of the China Space Law Society, the Executive Director of Beijing International Law Society and the Director of Beijing Law Society.


Research interests: international legal theory, law of the sea, self-defence law, national responsibility law, international non-proliferation law



HAN Liyu

Professor HAN Liyu is a PhD supervisor and Professor at Renmin University Law School. He was previously a visiting scholar at Georgetown University, Washington D.C. Professor HAN is the Deputy Secretary-General and Executive Director of the WTO Research Section of the China Law Society, an Executive Member of the International Economic Law Section of the China Law Society as well as an Executive Member of the China Society of International Economic  Law. He is a panellist for the WTO dispute settlement body and a Member of the Advisory Committee of State Council Tariff Commission. 


Professor HAN is primarily engaged in the teaching of and research into international economic law. His courses taught include international economic law, international trade late and WTO law.


DU Huanfang

Profess DU Huanfang is a PhD Supervisor, Professor, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice Dean of Renmin University Law School. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania from 2012-2013. He is an Executive Council Member of the China Society of Private International Law, a Council Member of the China Society of International Economic Law, a Council Member of the China Society of European Law and the Deputy Secretary-General of the China Legal Education Research Institute. Professor DU is an arbitrator for the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), at the International Court of Arbitration at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, and at arbitration commissions in Ji'nan, Ningbo and Shaoxing, China. He is the Secretary-General of the Renmin University International Arbitration Research Institute.

Research interests: international private law, international trade law, international family law, international civil litigation, international commercial arbitration, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwanese law
