GUO He
Professor GUO He is a PhD supervisor and Professor at Renmin University Law School. He has a BSc and MSc in Natural Science from Nanjing University. He is the Executive Director of Intellectual Property Law Section of the China Law Society, Director of the China Intellectual Property Law Society, Director of the Copyright Society of China, and a member of the expert committee for the Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre of the China Commission for the Promotion of International Trade. He is a Member of the Inter-Ministerial Conference Office of the National Promotion of Genuine Software Usage for Enterprises Initiative, a Council Member of the National Technical Committee on Product Defects and Safety Administration Standardisation, and a Member of the Expert Committee of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products. Professor GUO is an honorary advisor to the Hong Kong Brands Protection Alliance and honorary legal advisor to the International Trade Commission. He is a part-time lawyer and patent attorney.

JIN Haijun
Professor JIN Haijun is a Professor at Renmin University Law School. He was a visiting professor at the University of Frankfurt, Germany from 2009-2010 and a visiting scholar at Harvard University from 2006-2007. In 2005, he was a visiting scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law in Munich, Germany and was a researcher in Japan in 2004.

ZHANG Guangliang
Professor ZHANG Guangliang is an Associate Professor of Law at Renmin University of China. He received his PhD from Peking University and his LLM from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. He is the Deputy Secretary-General of the China Intellectual Property Law Society.
