中国人民大学普通法中心

中国人民大学普通法中心隶属于中国人民大学法学院，由中国人民大学法学院、英国英中协会与英国牛津大学法学院于2014年底成立，旨在通过支持普通法研究和普通法教育在中国的传播，为两国法律实务工作者提供支持。中心设学术咨询委员会，为中心发展提供咨询意见。学术咨询委员会由最高人民法院原院长肖扬大法官和英国最高院原院长菲利普斯勋爵担任联合主席。委员包括：中国法学会副会长张文显教授，最高人民法院审判委员会专职委员胡云腾大法官，清华大学法学院王晨光教授，中国人民大学法学院朱景文教授，伦敦大学法学院原院长Jefferey Jowell爵士，牛津大学法学院前任院长Timothy Endicott教授，高级出庭律师Marina Wheeler女士，及伦敦大学亚非学院Michael Palmer教授。中国人民大学法学院何家弘教授担任主任，法学院副院长时延安教授及英中协会副主任张晓萍女士担任联合执行秘书长，法学院姜栋副教授、郭锐副教授担任助理主任。中心自成立以来致力于学术研究和普通法教育。先后承担司法公开、一带一路纠纷解决、反海外贿赂、法律服务市场国际化等课题。中心自2017年开设普通法项目，选拔5名法律硕士学生进行系统普通法课程的学习。

　

英中协会

英中协会是英国政府部门的公共事业机构（NDPB），1974年在中英两国政府的支持下成立。协会宗旨是促进英中两国立法者和研究者之间相互的沟通和理解并建立长期互惠的合作关系。成立三十多年来，协会以其非官方身份在建立及发展中英关系，促进中英在外交政策、司法改革及社会发展等领域中的理解和沟通中发挥着独一无二的作用。 通过项目运作和执行，推动中英在政府部门、智库、学术机构和企业间的合作和交流；为两国的相关部门和机构开展有效和具有竞争力的合作伙伴关系提供专业的支持。
