嘉宾简介Biography

Brian K. Krumm previously has held positions as a management consultant in an international consulting firm Booz Allen and Hamilton; attorney/manager with the Tennessee Valley Authority; Policy Advisor to the Governor of Tennessee; and in private practice where his primary focused on business and commercial transactions. Professor Krumm teaches: Introduction to Business Transactions; Contract Drafting;　Business Associations; Secured Transactions; Representing Enterprises and Trademark Law. He currently is the Director of the Entrepreneurial Law and Intellectual Property Clinic, where he supervises students who represent businesses in a wide variety of transactional matters.
