William A. Buckingham, Jr. 简介

Professor Buckingham developed and taught courses on American government, political parties and elections, international relations, comparative government, defense policy, and quantitative political research at U.S. Air Force Academy. Professor Buckingham has been a guest Lecturer at various Chinese Universities including Beijing University, China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai International Studies University, and other Chinese institutions on U.S. politics and elections. Professor Buckingham was the director for Plans and Project Recognition of the Commission on the Bicentennial of the U.S. Constitution ,which promoted educational activities about the Constitution and its role as the core document defining, empowering, and limiting the government of the United States. The Commission was appointed by the President, chaired by the Chief Justice, and included Senators and Members of the House of Representatives.
